things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

People hear what they enjoy.
Not
many people want to hear the truth.
I
John 4:6 We are of God: he that
knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we
the spirit of truth, and the spirit
of error.
I.
PEOPLE THAT ARE STUNNED FROM GROWTH.
Heb 5:12 For
when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you
again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become
such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
Heb 5:13 For
every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he
is a babe.
Heb 5:14 But
strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason
of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
II. PEOPLE THAT ARE STRAYING FROM CHURCH.
Psalms 26:8 LORD,
I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour
dwelleth.
Psalms 122:1
A Song of degrees of David. I was glad when they said unto me, Let us
go into the house of the LORD.
III. PEOPLE THAT ARE STRAYING FROM GOD'S WORD.
Romans 10:17 So
then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
John 8:47 He
that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye
are not of God.
IV. PEOPLE THAT ARE SLOWING DOWN IN PRAYER.
Hebrews 4:16 -- "Let
us therefore come boldly unto
the throne of grace, that we
may obtain mercy, and find
grace to help in time of need."
II Chronicles
7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

PEOPLE THAT ARE SLACK IN GIVING.
Proverbs 10:4 He becometh poor that dealeth with a
slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.
A. God
loves a cheerful giver.
VI. PEOPLE
THAT ARE SHORT OF SALVATION.
John 5:24 Verily,
verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him
that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation;
but is passed
from death unto life.
John 3:7 Marvel
not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
