Follow the Light

Then Came The Rain

After months of draught and little or no rain,

God opened the heavens and sent rain again and again.

The earth was so parched and dry, and gardens dried up too,

The pastures got bare and the farmers didn't know what to do.

Many folk joined together and prayed for the rain to come,

The God of Heaven heard their cry and in mercy dedided to send some.

Now the water level will be replenished and grass will begin to grow,

In the midst of our dire need, God, His mercy to us doth show.

Have you thanked the Lord today for sending rain on the just and unjust?

If we are truly grateful, then giving Him thanks is an urgent must.

God gives a reward for giving a cup of cold water in His name,

Thank God that forever our God will always remain the same.

God is able to provide all our needs, even when what is needed is rain,

Nothing is too hard for God, He can do it without the trace of a strain.

Let us always be thankful for God's blessings every passing day,

Give God your heart and life and let the Lord Jesus have His way.

Gake the time to bow your head, you need not refrain,

But give God the glory for sending us much needed rain!

God can supply all our needs according to the riches of His grace,

He can help us regardless of what kink of problem in life we face.
