New Strength For Everyday 

He giveth more strength when the burdens grow weary,

He gives grace in the hard times as when times are cheery.

He is a mighty God and He notes the sparrow's fall,

He knows us individually and He will care for us all.

Though the nights seem long and there is little sleep and rest,

And our strength is weak, He hears our weakest request.

As thy  days are, so shall thy strength ever be,

Thank God He loves us and takes care of you and me.

Jesus knows our frame, and He remembers that we are but dust,

He is a faithful friend, in Him you can safely trust.

The body grows weary and the mind gets dull and gets tired,

The battle is sometimes weary and it seems that in the clay we are mired.

But Jesus is a friend who lifts us out on a solid rock,

And will give us victory while the forces of evil at us knock.

Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world,

God will give us victory though Satan's darts at us are hurled.

He will never leave us, nor forsake us while living here below,

And then in Heaven for all eternity His greatness to us He will show.

His grace will always be sufficient though our strength is almost gone,

He will guide us thru this world to a place safe in that heavenly home.
